FAQ
How long will it take to repair my instrument?
The answer to this question depends on the work done on each instrument and the instrument's condition. A full overhaul and cleaning can take as little as 3-4 days or up to 2 weeks. It may take longer if new parts are required that we do not have or keep in stock. This is dependent upon our suppliers' shipping duration.
How do I get my instrument to you?
Currently, we recommend our customers drop off their instruments to our technician in person. However, if it is necessary, we can receive and return instruments at the cost of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of our customers' instruments while in transit.
What if I am not satisfied with your work?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to our establishment. Because of this, we would be more than happy to work with our customers to find a solution. This could include but does not guarantee, nor is limited to, a partial/complete refund or a second round of repairs on us!
Where are you located?
Our home base is currently located in Midwest City, OK, but we also have a small operation in Weatherford, OK. At this time we do not have any locations outside the state of Oklahoma. If you would like more information, feel free to contact us!
How do you accept payment?
Due to our business's small size, we cannot accept digital payments at this time. If it is necessary, cash app is accepted. However, we prefer to handle transactions in cash. We request that our customers leave a $50 deposit when we receive their instruments for estimates and repair. This will be deducted from the total cost of repairs. If the total cost is less than this, or our customers decide to take their business elsewhere, the deposit will be partially/completely refunded. The rest of the cost is due after repairs are completed. Exceptions can be made but we prefer to follow this outline for our transactions.
Who supplies your equipment?
We source our equipment from multiple establishments. However, majority is bought from music medic and the instrument repair clinic. We tend to ship these and buy other tools and equipment through amazon or local retailers.
